Selling a few parts
« on: November 27, 2019, 01:37:14 PM »
Hi all!
I'm selling the parts I was able to get out of my car:
-an arm rest (50$)
-a center console seat (50$)
-the radio I had upgraded 400$ (see ebay link for more details https://www.ebay.com/itm/401972790299?ul_noapp=true)
-a distributor with the pertronix upgrade (20$)

I hope someone finds use in these :)

Thanks for looking.

This is a very interesting modification.  No more tubes.  I assume a lot of the old electronics are gutted in the process leaving you with something more modern in an old-looking chassis.  I like it.  How does/did it sound?  Did this somehow make it a stereo radio or was it still mono?

Cool.

Hi Scoot,

Yes they did gut a lot of the old electronics. If you hook up only one speaker, sound comes through in mono, but automatically switches to stereo when multiples speakers are plugged in. I though it sounded great, although I only had bookshelf speakers in the back ;).
