Anyone interested in a project?

I know where there is a 190b Binz wagon for sale in CA that's in need of a restoration....from the owner:

I don't have the title for the car and it will be sold on a bill of sale.  This has made the sale more difficult as many of the buyers are overseas and the title is needed for export. 

I could have sold the car ten times already if I had the paperwork.  The Europeans seem to love these cars, and they are certainly not afraid of doing rust repairs!  I’ve also had a number of potential buyers from the Middle East."
