Coupe side windows

Hi all, Iím looking for a tip on how to safely remove the glass from the chrome window frames on the coupe so I may have them re chromed. Can it be done??
W111 230s 1966, cream, black interior.
W111 220se coupe,1961, black,red interior
W108 280s/8 1969 white, navy interior, column shift manual.

Which side windows are you referring to?  The wing/vent windows in the front doors, or the rear windows for the back seat area?

Was the side windows. Unfortunately 1 was broken during the process of removing the chrome strip. Iíve found the only place in Australia that will make an automotive window in any shape , they are making me a complete set.

Cam, I just tapped it off gradually using a rubber headed mallet. Just worked my way from one end to the other gradually.
Any contacts for the glass maker, as i will have to make a custom windscreen one day when i chop my 1956 Ford...
